The Day After The Birthday

Okay, I'm now 24, although I've been told I still look 19 and without botox lol, but I'm feeling pretty good. The entire weekend was awesome. Saturday went on the Scholarship Fundraiser Cruise/Dinner on the Spirit of Philadelphia. The entertainment was great from Shabach, HanSoul, and Anthony Faulkner. Plus the host/comedian had everyone on the floor all night. On Sunday I had an awesome time at service the title was "Stay Fixed On The Bigger Picture." It was very good and solid, just what I needed. After service I went to dinner at Tiffany's with my parents and sister. Then as I pulled up to my house my friends thought it would be funny to wrap the front of my house, steps/windows in streamers, balloons, and happy birthday signs. Then they come out from behind a van with 12 mini cup cakes each with trick candles singing happy birthday at 7:30ish last night. It was funny though because I was like "Who dun vandalized the house." I just look forward to what the Lord has for me. Thanks again for everyone who called, sent text messages, and signed my facebook wall, you made a brother feel like a million bucks!

Where's The AC...

Well classes are starting to get intense. My Computer Forensics course isn't all that hard but it's a lot of research and papers that need to be turned in. Ten page midterm and then a 5 page final no test but homework in-between. I think I'm up for the challenge but man it's starting to get a bit hot in here. Hopefully my computer at home can maintain...*looks on Dell website*...Also my Physics 181 class is weird, the teacher is starting off so nice and makes things easy to understand I'm so waiting for the twist that leaves everyone like "Huh...Wait I'm lost..." Car shopping is looking good. Got access to pop's car now and looking at a Acura Interga to hook up or a Honda Prelude. One of those two will be around Philly before the end of this year I hope. Well another day another dollar, got class tonight til 10ish I'll holla...haha!

Recap Recap Recap...

It's been a while since I posted so here's a quick update of what's been going on. The job is going great, and the work load is increasing quite fast. But I'm handling it well. Last weekend I finally got my drivers license. I had my permit for a while and it was time to get the official. Now I've only been debating if I should get a car or move out first. Overall all things have been great though. God has been moving like never before these past months. Bible study has been very in-depth on shattering strongholds in your life. Pure truth is so amazing. Truth is just truth, so God do what you have to do. I'm open to you and your truth. Where else can I go? You've made a permanent impression on my life and I thank you for it.

Happy People...

Today is a good day. I was able to get the rest that I needed on last night. I feel full of energy and ready to work. The new job is going great! Everyone here is very helpful, the environment around me is just nice. It's team work team work yes yes yes...lol.

Plans for the weekend are pretty much open for the most part. I might head to the movies but I need to do some more clothes shopping. Other than that I've been trying to save up to either get an apartment or a car...hmm...got my Infiniti G35 Coupe catalog book. Haven't gone apartment hunting yet but I will look more into it as soon as I get back to a steady income. Just a brief post today, below is the picture of my future baby, enjoy...

Labor Day Rest...

Got a new job at Drexel Univ. Graduate Admissions...yea free schooling lol...So I've been in unofficial training since last week. The process is pretty good and I'm enjoying it for the most part. We start official training this coming week so I will need to be on my p's and q's...I wonder why it's called p's and q's why not x's and o's...anywho I'm excited to see how everything works. I can see a lot of growth and advancement in this area. I sometimes feel like "I don't deserve to be here" I thank God for blessing me and giving me the chance to be able to learn. If it's one thing my mother told me that will stick with me always is..."Never stop learning, whatever you do never stop learning." So I will enjoy this Labor Day to the fullest. Having a BBQ later on in the day at home with the family and maybe some friends. Get as much R&R as I can before the work week starts up again. Second post since I've opened this account up. See ya in a few....
